Handles incoming calls, emails, and inquiries. Processes documents, data entry, records maintenance. Supports audits and process improvements.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills. Excellent communication. High attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. Preferred: Texas All Lines Adjuster License, non-standard auto insurance or prior claims experience.
