“Jackie from the Marbach branch is the lady you want to contact! She went over and beyond to square me away. Jackie even stayed after hours to make sure I had my policy. The other company (LF) canceled my policy because the month has 31 days😢Really? AMEX insurance thanks for having awesome customer service and supportive professional staff like Jackie! I appreciate your dedication to customer satisfaction.”
